Arrival

Our address is 208 Goodman St. North. Simply enter “Colors Studios” in Google maps. Guest parking is located at the rear of School 31 accessible via Arlington St. You may also park on Goodman or Arlington Streets, free of tolls. The two main entrances are adjacent to the parking lot and are accessible via S31’s main sidewalk which runs along the entire south side of the building.

Entertainment Options

YOUTUBE TV To watch your favorite cable TV channels, select the Youtube TV app from your Roku home screen. There you will find live programming, movies, and much more! PLEX Plex is School 31’s own entertainment streaming service. On Plex, you can choose from over 100 of the latest and most popular films and TV shows.

Kitchen

Should your loft have a kitchen… Pots, pans, a coffee maker, and other basic kitchen items are stocked in your loft. Other items and select small appliances such as microwaves are also available upon request. Simply call or message 585-510-1100 and we’ll promptly stock your loft!

Internet

To access our ultra fast fiber optic internet, use the “School 31” network. The password is “Madison51”.

Jacuzzi tub & hot water:

The jetted tub is amazing and is highly recommended! Please fill the water well past the jets before activating. Also note that it may take a moment or two for hot water to reach your loft the first time you use it.

Laundry Service:

S31 offers wash and fold laundry service. For more information message the concierge at 585-510-1100.
